Reported result
No active-user count, task-quality comparison, ChatDVN-specific cash benefit or full cost is disclosed. The call does not corroborate the older interview’s 15–30% productivity claim or AI-101 training count. Devon’s $1bn business-optimization target is not ChatDVN savings.
What this does not establish
Daily use supports an operating workflow, not verified enterprise-wide active adoption. No comprehensive communications capture, decision-outcome memory, execution permissions or AI executive authority is established. Training and productivity claims from the earlier trade interview retain their separate, unverified status. Call dated 6 May 2026; CEO describes three years of operation, an approximate history rather than an exact start day. This is newly linked original evidence, not a new launch.
The issuer confirms an operating internal workflow. Ask what employees complete through the tool and measure quality and full review effort before crediting a productivity or cash benefit.

Disclosure history
ChatDVN internal AI platform plus AI-101 training
Devon built ChatDVN, a proprietary platform combining AI tools, machine learning and LLMs, and paired it with a company-wide AI-101 course. CTO Trey Lowe cited productivity gains among engineers, software developers and geoscientists, and use cases such as gas-lift optimization and simul-frac planning done in hours. Devon is standardizing wellsite sensors and cameras so AI can scale, including planned video-to-data analytics in 2026.
Earlier supplied interview claim; not certified by the new call review.
Devon confirms ChatDVN is part of daily work
Devon’s CEO says its firewalled ChatDVN tool was a standard part of daily work by May 2026, after years spent organizing internal data. The call distinguishes access to company data, AI-assisted coding and interpretation of operating data, and a next phase of process redesign. It does not establish that every example runs inside ChatDVN. Separate autonomous lift controls remain in AI-006.
Daily use supports an operating workflow, not verified enterprise-wide active adoption. No comprehensive communications capture, decision-outcome memory, execution permissions or AI executive authority is established. Training and productivity claims from the earlier trade interview retain their separate, unverified status.
