Aker BP: Copilot for all staff plus champion network

Aker BP started with 300 Copilot licences and committed to giving every employee one in 2025. It created an AI adoption champion network with accountability at executive-committee level. Training includes help-desk support, AI-fundamentals learning paths and hands-on prompt-engineering sessions, and 'Digital and AI competence' became one of five core competencies for all employees. Staff and small teams are building their own agents, such as knowledge agents.
